Unsere Geschichte
The company Elmas Nargile (a family business in Turkey) has now been in existence for 30 years.
We specialize in high-quality, original Turkish hookahs.
In Karabalar, a district of the Turkish port city Izmir, the accessories for the hookahs are handcrafted.
The complete leather hose (made of goatskin), the handles (covered with fabric), and the mouthpieces (polyester) are all handmade here.
The family business currently employs 10 staff members.
On an area of around 200 m², work is carried out here daily, even on Sundays.
The buyers of these high-quality hookahs include cafés, hotels, and private individuals in the cities of Izmir, Istanbul, Ankara, Antalya, and Alanya.

2015
The workshop in Karabalar was renovated, introducing new tools to enhance the handcrafting of hoses and accessories.

2016
Elmas Nargile expanded its customer base to hotels and cafés in Antalya and Alanya, strengthening its reputation along the coast.

2017
This project began with two creative minds, united by both passion and purpose. From day one, the goal was clear: to build something meaningful together. What started as a simple idea turned into a first product launch—and the beginning of a lasting journey.

2018
The company grew to 10 employees, increasing production capacity while preserving the quality of traditional handmade work.
